Hours and hours later, of course. Made the pasta, made the filling, rolled the pasta, pressed the ravioli, boiled the ravioli and made a simple sauce by sauteeing quartered cherry tomatoes in a little butter with salt and pepper. They were delicious.

    i wish i could make these on a weeknight, but by the time i get home, etc etc, i find that unless we want to eat by 11pm we best save these for weekend meals -- i can't even stay up past 10pm most of the nights.

    Oh, I should mention that I didn't work yesterday. I'd anticipated a rough day after the wedding we'd attended the night before, so I preemptively let myself wallow. I started these at 5:30, we ate at 8:45! (There was a little dawdling too, of course.)

    Bravi, bravi bravi, just made the arugula ravioli with wonton wraps.. Excellent flavor, easily prepared and delicious... My (Sauce) Is butter, parmigiano and fresh sage.. ! Buon appetito. Giuliana maltagliati...
