making arugula ravoili

The filling is garlic, shallots, arugula, some breadcrumbs and romano cheese, bound with an egg yolk. This picture may look awesome but it was a total disaster, this first time using my new ravioli maker. Learned the hard way you have to flour it first. Every one of these were glued beyond repair, and went in the garbage. It made me very sad.
