    The filling is garlic, shallots, arugula, some breadcrumbs and romano cheese, bound with an egg yolk. This picture may look awesome but it was a total disaster, this first time using my new ravioli maker. Learned the hard way you have to flour it first. Every one of these were glued beyond repair, and went in the garbage. It made me very sad.

      I had that happen with some pasta I made a while back for dinner. Wasted over half of the pasta because it was all stuck together and the stands wouldn't come apart. I was very sad as well.
