pork tenderloin with blue cheese sauce

Glargh. I mean, just ew. The meat, fine. The blue cheese like argued with the meat the whole time. Green cabbage sauteed with fresh ginger (why, Elizabeth; why?!). To this day, I have no idea what was in that greasy pocket on top.
