    Two flavors: one raspberry and one of almost unquantifiable deliciousness: fig date orange jam. I just discovered it, and am an addict.

    Sadly, they all opened a little in the oven. I tried to seal them with heavy pinching, water and even intentional sticky jam in the corner, but none of them stayed closed. Fortunately, they're still mad tasty.

      It might mess up the pretty shape the edges of your hamantashen have, but I try to roll the corners together slightly to keep them from coming open and it seems to work alright.

      Yours still look excellent regardless :)
