Kind of gross-looking, I know, but it had been out for a while. Just wanted to show you the cheese layer, which was delish. Not sure if I had underbaked the pastry (it was my first time using puffed) or if it sunk under the weight of the tomatoes (I think this is it, because it was very puffy before) but, uh, this stuff doesn't keep very well.
