    Truly the best hummus ever. I topped it with parsely and some za'atar, my favorites and we ate it with carrot sticks, because that is simply the best combination ever. I vote for always making hummus a day before you need it, so the garlic and salt flavors better develop.

      You have to make minted lamb-burgers to accompany/use the hummus! And I suggest you make some tzatziki too...
