      These look tasty!
      Do you have a technique for efficient decapitation, i.e. getting all of the stem, but just the stem?

      I usually use a small paring knife and cut a little cone-shape out. But these were too tiny. And their stems were so small, you'd never notice them, so I just used my nail to scoop a little out.

      Thanks! I will put a paring knife on my wish list (we are due for an addition to our knife block anyway).
