    I didn't make any recipe adjustments for the high altitude because Joy of Cooking told me it would not be necessary. So I will assume they'd look the same way when I make them at home. But that's rarely the case.

      I am drooling. Were they what you hoped they'd be? They are even better with ham and red-eye gravy or sausage gravy on them.
