two eggs for alex

I haven't tried to make this salad in nearly two years, after failing to poach all six eggs we had in our apartment at the time and miserably calling it quits. I still need to work on my timing (also, rhythm but that's kind of a different story), but it worked! And at 2 p.m., we finally got to eat breakfast.
