I have to admit: I was actually impressed by how little butter this recipe used, all things considered. It ended up being just shy of a stick and a half for 18 cinnamon rolls, so much less than you usually see. Look, I'm not trying to make them out to be health food -- I would never want them to be, anyway -- I just mean that they didn't get their flavor from a pound of butter and still tasted awesome. Win!
