Pecan Sandies on smittenkitchen.com
I saw recently that Whole Foods started carrying their own pachment paper that is much cheaper than the stuff I currently use. I was all over it. It is, hands down, the worst excuse for parchment paper I have ever seen. Look at those grease marks, like I had baked the cookies on a paper towel! Blech.
Also, either they are not using a silicone coating (erm, the definition of parchment paper, though would go far to explain those puddles) or they need to stop calling it "all natural". Though I think I could say that about 75 percent of the things in that store... so I should just stop this rant here.
