Already having trouble cutting them: Chefs knives crumbled the chocolate a lot (yes, even very sharp ones) and serrated knives were great on the chocolate but got gummy on the cake/jam and moved them around... argh. 24 hours later, I realized they cut so much better when completely frozen. Learn it by watching me, people.
