crust, attempt two

Nobody was going to accuse me of not wrapping my dough. Guess what? Still crumbled, except this time, the outside pieces broke off, landing on the tray, and then the inside wall slumped in anyway. Do I suck at this, or does the recipe suck? These are my questions.
