Diver on Display
On February 12, Mika, Scott, and I went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. I brought my 14mm lens in the hopes that I could get some interesting shots with the fixed wide angle lens. This created some interesting situations and I'm pleased with some of the photos from this session.
Most of these were taken with ambient light. The color of the light in the aquarium is a mix of tungsten and full-spectrum, so getting the proper focus is difficult. Also, the thick glass of the windows makes CA unavoidable.
Taken with a Pentax K10D camera with the smc P-DA 14mm F2.8 lens. I've adjusted color settings and cropped as appropriate for several images from this set. Software used was UFRAW.
