Logo on the tram stop for the Leipzig book fair, I think. I think the Tatra T4 tram (no 1908 possibly) is carrying twin flags for the book fair. The main road ahead to Grimma and Dresden is, as was often the case around this time, blocked by an Umleitung or diversion for major infrastructural building work.
