2009 Time for Lunch
Slow Food Seacoast invited volunteers to participate in the Time for Lunch! National Day of Action to improve school nutrition at Dover High School (DHS) on September 7.

Volunteers were led by Shawn and Sarah Stimson (Sustainable Farm Products), Heather Fabbri (Agriculture Instructor for DHS and Career Technical Center), and Amy Winans (Lecturer in the Department of Hospitality Management, UNH). Together they worked in the greenhouses to build new raised beds and plant seeds using a manually operated four-row seeder.
