Thomas Keller's Clam Chowder

From Ad Hoc at Home. My first time cooking with clams. Completely excellent (as one would expect with a Keller recipe), but a little too twee for my tastes.

 

(Yes, that is less than stellar knife work on the chives. They're trickier than I thought.)
