Vegan Dinner: Kale Salad

    The second Vegan meal I ever cooked, and boy was it tasty! But it took two hours due to pressing the tofu, wilting the kale and steaming the rice. Next time, I think I'll read the fine print before I begin a recipe at 7 p.m.

    Firm tofu
    Short grain brown rice
    Carrots
    Radicchio
    Sesame seeds
    Canola oil
    Lemon juice
    Sesame oil
