Breakfast at Ingredient

I was hungry this morning! Four egg omelet, with bacon, Italian sausage and cheddar. Breakfast potatoes, and toast. I finally figured out where the jelly is, so I can get as much as I want. I likes lots of jelly on my toast. Counteracts the healthiness of the multi-grain bread. : )

 

I have no illusions here. Egg protein, conteracted by lots of cheddar cheese (dairy is good, right?), and bacon and sausage. Potatoes cooked in oil and butter. Healthy grain bread, used only as a vehicle for copious amounts of mixed ...fruit jelly. But the mixed fruit jelly also provides a serving of fruit, right? Congress, make it a legislative mandate! Fruit jelly constitutes a serving of fruit! Now, pass the ketchup, and I'll be the healthiest food eater in Omaha!
