20120309 Explored # The sun goes down on the Varca Beach, Goa - IMG_3207B&W (Explored 9th March 2012)
The Varca beach in South Goa is too far from the highly active North Goa district and is ideal if you just want to go and chill but not your cup of tea if you are easily bored by lack of activity. There is an air of laziness about the place and the tranquil sea and absolutely clear skies add to that atmosphere. Of course, it also means you do not have many obvious things to use as props for your photos. It is amazing how there is absolutely nothing on the beach to even use as silhouette. These dried grass 'umbrellas were all I could find.
