"This Is America" Series: "Forbidden Love"

One of the most inspiring/touching scenes I witnessed during the San Francisco and Gay Pride events was this scene, during the "Dyke March" that truly had such a feel of community love that got me teary-eyed several times. These women, in many places in the world, would probably be tortured and sentenced to death by extreme religious interpretations of the laws and life. There in San Francisco, even behind veiled masks, they were able to find a safe haven to proclaim their love.

How I wish a day would come when ANYONE in this planet could speak up, showing proudly their face and hearts, and say "I Love Him/Her" without any other consequence than people being happy that you were happy as well. Utopias that shall never be... For intolerance will always be too strong a weed to pull from mankind's soul. So yeah, mad respect for these two brave ladies!
