    Dressed with a vinaigrette made with grain mustard, wine vinegar and sunflower oil, though nut oil works well too.

      That looks too pretty to eat. I'll have to keep an eye out for sunflower shoots as they are not something I have tried.

      Thanks. I’ve never seen them anywhere but our local farmers’ market. And then on just one stall. Should be quite easy to grow, however, you just need a seed tray and some sunflower seeds.
