Crow pose (Kakasana), also known as Crane (Bakasana) pose.
I am very comfortable in crow pose and have posted the same pose in a more creative fashion before with Larry's crow. Obviously strong winds and irregular surfaces to complicate matters, however that is the art of yoga and the the importance of a calm mind.
I had very weak ankles and wrists before starting with yoga and must honestly say i have injured neither since. I certainly have far more core strength and muscle tone than when i was in my 20's.
I recently read the article of the oldest yogi in the world (Guinness book of records) who at 93 is still teaching in the USA, something worth aspiring too.
