Sushi Marché Gokai Maki

5p Grilled Salmon, Grilled Eel, Fish Egg ($8)


Moist roll which practically fell apart when I tried to pick it up, was filled with salmon which seemed poached, unagi, avocado, cucumber, Masago (smelt caviar) and a bit of spicy Kewpie. The roll was then generously coated with Tobiko (flying fish roe). It was alright. A bit to loose for my liking, but I'm sure it would have been more structurally sound and hence tastier if I had had it immediately after it was made. Another gooseberry dressed this "plate."
