Sticky Rice Roll with Pork Floss and Chinese Donut

One of my favourite Shanghainese snack/breakfast items. Another staple at my table. Chewy warm sticky rice surrounding crisp airy Chinese doughnut with concentrated pork floss - my preference is if there was also tart crunchy mustard cabbage. This was version was well constructed and stayed in its shape throughout consump versus too many others that are too loose, with sticky rice that's either too mushy/wet or too dry which falls apart.
