Roasted Bone Marrow

I found some long bone marrow at the grocery store and thought, what better pairing for the sack of great cured meats from Oyama than this? So cleaned marrow bones were placed on end and roasted for 18 min for 375degrees then finished off with fleur de sel. Sided by thinly sliced artisan bread, both my mouth and tummy were smiling. This was tasty HDL indeed!
