Praise Worthy

Chef Ryan Gustafson from Epic at The Fairmont Royal York served an excellent version of honey ice cream using their own rooftop honey! The frozen custard was an incredibly smooth and velvety rich Organic Meadow ice cream, and was served with Canadian Rye Whiskey Marinated Ontario Blueberries in a Brandy Snap Basket.
