A Soil Sisters Farm Beauty

The flower is no longer a mystery. It is a Agrostemma githago. Also known as Corn Cockle. A big thanks to LabradorEars for providing the identity. I recommend that you checkout LabradorEars' photostream, it truly is a delight.

Awhile back I posted some photos and talked about the Soil Sisters Farm CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) we participated with. This is a flower from one of the beautiful bouquets that came from the Soil Sisters farm. I should of asked what kind of flowers were in the bouquets so that I could identify them.
