On Dec. 1, 2010, the Sierra Student Coalition hung pinwheels on Capitol Hill and in front of the Environmental Protection Agency headquarters in Washington DC. The pinwheels came from thousands of college students across the U.S. and called for clean energy while thanking EPA for 40 years of hard work.
