We had a great time out on the Washington coast this past weekend with a great group of photographers who braved the elements and stuck it out through some nasty weather to witness the beauty that the Olympic Peninsula has to offer. In the end they were rewarded with some pretty nice light to kick the day off on Sunday and everyone came away with a collection of great images. Here's a quick snap I grabbed while everyone was drying off their gear and wringing out their towels and lens cloths.

    I hate flickr's sharpening.

Elements. Weather? This is summer. Are you saying it's not 90 and perfectly clear every day? Oh wait... washington. Right, you guys have "seasons". I remember those.

Love all the different trails of water here. I'm sure it sounded good.

Oh, and I love Flickr's sharpening. It always helps with my out of focus issues. :)

      Thanks Aaron!

I like this comp, it's one that grabbed my eye too when I shot it back in the Fall. Your greens are killer here and the sharpness throughout the image is stellar! Awesome work man!

Ok I don't post my photos in other people comment fields, but seeing yours made me laugh. We had to be standing on the same exact roots for this comp. Also we were there the same day (June 23rd) one year apart. The water flow was almost exactly the same.

      Sweet shot BTW.
