On campus yesterday and noticed the flooded street near Burton-Judson Courts. Took a few pictures of the magnificent reflections. I was stopped by a university worker in a maintenance truck. He asked if I worked for the city. When he learned that I didn't, he was disappointed. He said the city put in a new street but never repaired the badly clogged and inefficient drains/sewers. So, the street is still overflowing after rains. "It's a shame," he said. "New streets and they don't fix the plugged up drains. I was sure hoping you were taking pictures to show the city how bad the flooding is." He said he had called the city "many" times to no avail.
