Oreo cheesecake

*** Cake base

- Crush and mix 100 gr Oreo biscuits (without the filling) in a food processor

- Mix the crumbs with 50 gr melted butter

- Press the crumbs into the bottom of the springform tin ( i used a 18 cm one)

- Let cool in fridge

 

*** Oreo cream cheese filling :

- Beat 500 gr cream cheese (softened at room temperature) with 120 gr granulated sugar

- Add 2 eggs into the cream cheese mixture and whisk well

- Add 1 tbsp vanilla extract

- Stir in some crushed Oreo biscuits (abour 25 gr)

- Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake at 180°C for 1 hour

- Take out, let cool and keep in fridge before decoration...
