Chandeleur morning

For the crepe batter, you need :

- 250 gr flour

- 50 cL milk

- 3 eggs

- 2 tbsp melted butter

- 100 gr sugar

- 1 pinch salt

- some oil

 

Method :

- Sift flour in a big bowl

- Pour half of the milk on it and stir gently with spatula

- Beat eggs, pour it while stiring

- Add butter and salt

- Pour the remaining milk and stir until smooth

- Wait 1 hour

- Heat and grease a pan and make the crepes

- Sparkle sugar on top of the crepes
