Day 92 - Iris on Black
After having a bit of fun with Photoshop yesterday (April Fools Day), it was back down to serious photography today. Todays shot continues my series of flowers on a black background. I used the same lighting technique as before (opposing strobes and shoot at approximately a 90 degree angle to the strobes). The strobes were controlled on manual setting from my D700 which was set to commander mode. I added the SB600 with the homemade snoot just to add a lick of light to the stem of the flower. You can see a setup shot on my blog at www.sheridanphotography.ie/blog
Shot details :- ISO 200, 70mm, 0 ev, f/20, 1/200
Strobist info :- SB900 camera left with a LumiQuest Softbox III set to 1/8 power and a SB600 camera right snooted and set to 1/13 power.
