Details: Stephen William Wilcox (1906-1945), born 26 January 1906, son of William Arthur Wilcox and Edith Kavanagh Wilcox, of Kingston-on-Thames, Surrey, later of 30 River Court, Portsmouth Road, Surbiton.


Siblings: Kenneth Martin Wilcox (1912-1997).


Married to Edith Elizabeth Allcard. Lived at Breach Candy Road, Mumbai (Bombay), India.


Attended St Christopher's Preparatory School, Eastbourne.


Attended Sherborne School (Abbeylands) January 1920-December 1923.


Chartered accountant. Fergusons, Mumbai (Bombay).


WW2, Major, Indian Armoured Corps (IAC), attached HQ 19th Indian Division. Died of wounds received in action in Burma on 21 March 1945, aged 39.
