    Details: Ralph Aylmer Wilson (1892-1918), born 31 March 1892 in Durham, son of John George Wilson (solicitor) and Anna Louisa Wilson (nee Eade) of 12, South Bailey, Durham.

    Attended Aysgarth preparatory school.

    Attended Sherborne School (School House) September 1905-December 1909; 6th form.

    Attended Aspatria Agricultural College, Cumberland.

    WW1, 2nd Lieutenant in the Durham Light Infantry, 4th Bn (T.F.), attached 6th Bn. Awarded the Military Cross. Killed at Estaires on 9 April 1918.
