Details: Edward Elliott (1896-1918), born 19 March 1898, son of Edwin Athelstan Elliott and Adeline Elliott of Woodlands, Kinson, Bournemouth, Dorset.

 

Attended Cliff House school, Southbourne.

 

Attended Sherborne School (Lyon House) January 1912-July 1914.

 

Attended Hartley College, Southampton, to study engineering.

 

Attended Woolwich.

 

WW1, 2nd Lieutenant in the Royal Field Artillery. Died on 25 October 1918 of wounds received at Cambrai.
