Artisan - Shepherds Huts
Paulus Smith has been a specialist joiner for over 25 years, working on listed and historic buildings.
He now spends his time creating these beautiful shepherd's huts from his rural workshop in the Sussex countryside.

Let us create your perfect garden retreat, spare room, studio, office or secret hide-away. Choose from either a traditional look with a stable door and shepherd's bed or one with a summerhouse feel with large double doors and a bright interior.

The Shepherds huts are made to traditional designs and to a very high standard.

Each Shepherds hut is bespoke and can be any size up to approximately 12ft x 7ft.

The wheels are cast from molten iron to original patterns. The pine used for the construction comes from managed sustained plantations and is pressure treated.

The walls, roof and floor are fully insulated using Celotex insulation.

All huts are fitted with an Oak floor.

Meticulous attention is paid to the details of fittings such as door handles and window fastenings. The huts can be painted in a wide rage of colours and finishes.

Electrics and plumbing can be included if required as can a fully working wood burning stove.
