gluten-free tomato tart

This tart is based on one that Ashley Rodriguez invented. It's a gluten-free parmesan crust and I am utterly in love. The flakiest tart shell yet.

 

It doesn't hurt that the goat cheese is from our neighbor. And the heirloom tomatoes are perfectly ripe right now.
