today's hamburger buns
I made the recipe again last night, and then baked them this morning.
I wrote the wrong number of grams of flours on the recipe and several people wrote to say their batter was runny. I panicked, set up a sponge at 10:30 at night, added the correct number of flours to the recipe online, and then waited.
They're great, just as I baked them before. This time with sesame seeds!
(And now I have hamburger buns for the 4th of July party. Whoo hoo!)
