gluten-free black and white cookies

These are from David Lebovitz's recipe.

 

And they are evil.

 

Because they are so good. A soft, cakey cookie with a hint of lemon, thick frosting with cocoa powder on one half, vanilla on the other. Oh lord.

 

I waited until friends came over to frost them so I could give almost all of the cookies to them.

 

I saved one for Danny, though.
