Wow! This is the first time I have been to your site and I am in tears of joy for you and me. You see my youngest son has Aspergers an autistic spectrim disorder and I have been searching for recipes and guidence for a GF/CF diet and have been very discouraged. I want to cook for the entire family not just him. He gets singled out far too much already for me to bring that into my home as well. Ofcourse just at the mention of it has spun my husband into defiance. I have always wanted to cook from scratch, and have taught myself to cook many things, yet some just don't come out tasting like it should and I lost confidence. Your passion and success come thru in your writting. I am deeply inspired now that I can meal by meal begin to cook in a way that my family won't even know that they are on a diet. I love to cook and my family is used to trying new meals. Thank you so much.
