      I think that´s what we call fainá here and they call farinatta in other parts of Italy. It´s made with garbanzo flour, right?

      I was just going to ask that - if those were a chickpea flour snack. I've never been to Italy or France (where I hear they have something similar?) but have (tried to) make them at home.
