White glitter Whimsical Wedding cake

    Newer Older

This is a whimsical cake I did for a young couple. They only had 15 guests, but ordered for 75! The bubbles are all blown sugar bubbles made with isomalt.

      Hi there!

I have a website that specializes in pictures of objects that represents holidays. It’s called www.holidaytrees.blogspot.com

For December it was about Christmas trees, then New Year’s Resolutions. After that it will be all about wedding cakes.

I would love to feature this cake on one of the threads. I will be more than happy to give you the credit for the picture.

Please let me know if you are interested by emailing holidaytrees@gmail.com Also remind me which cake I was asking about. I did not want to copy the picture without your permission first. I am also interested in any stories that go along with the wedding cake (whether it is stories about the wedding or how the cake was made).

      Thanks!

I teach a group of 4H kids. Most of them have been decorating for awhile now and need to be taken to the next level. I would really like to learn how to make the blown sugar bubbles and be able to teach my students. Can anyone help me with a rcecipe for these kids. Our fair is in July and we need to get started. Thank you for your time-4h teacher
