Chicken n Mushroom Cups(Pie)

For the base -Dough
2 cups cake flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
+_ 1/2 cup cold milk
Add your butter and dry ingredients into your food processor.
Mix until it resembles bread crumbs.
Add milk alittle at a time ,(you might not need all) until it forms a dough.
dust your surface with flour and roll out dough....cut out flower shapes.
You can make the dough by hand too.
Once cut out,place in a muffin tin ....poke the dough with a fork and bake at 180c for 4-5 mins.
Do not fully cook.
Remove and allow to cool.
Chicken n Mushroom Filling
1 med. onion -finely sliced
1 tsp .crushed garlic
2 cups chicken fillet(boneless chicken)cubed
6 lg mushrooms-sliced
1 cup green pepper-diced
2 tsp. finely ground green chilli(optional)
3 tsp. aromat(or add more salt if not available)
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup (250ml) fresh cream
3 Tblsp. cornflour
215g creamstyle sweetcorn
2 Tblsp. mayonnaise
Saute onions and garlic in butter for a few mins.
Add chicken n mushroom.
Stir fry for a min.
Now add in the green pepper and spices and cook until all water burns out.
Make a paste out of fresh cream and corn flour and add it to chicken.
Cook for a min. until chicken filling looks thick and saucy.
Remove from stove and add the sweetcorn and mayonnaise.
Add chopped coriander leaves ,if desired.
Once your filling is a little cool ,add it to your cool flower cups.
Top with grated cheese and a sprinkle of dried origanum herb and a slice of tomato.
Return to oven and bake until cheese has melted.
