Norway Maple in Autumn
Several of you have been asking to see images of the two Norway maple trees which were the subject of my earlier series on the spring growth of the Norway Maple: www.flickr.com/photos/sewerdoc/sets/72157626656335714/
This image is of the smaller of the 2 trees at the front of our lot, taken at sunrise a few days ago. I liked the iridescent look of the orange leaves under the golden hour light. Surprising these trees have been slow to turn colour this autumn. Today, 5 days after this image was taken, the leaves are starting to rapidly fall from the tree.
