      Nice shot. I see that it was a 15-second exposure. Is it a composite? The lighting effects on the bridge are great except for the star-filter look. It cheapens the bridge, somehow. I think that there is a bit of conflict in the image, too. Is the focus the bridge or the 9/11 searchlights? I'm hoping the bridge (in which case I'd cut out the 9/11 searchlights then paste them back in leaning about 1-degree counter-clockwise.

      Then again, I've just had some of BC's finest so I may just be babbling here. ;-)
