World Toy Camera Day
The images in this set are from World Toy Camera Day on 17th October 2009 when a group of photographer friends met up for a shoot in Dublin, Ireland. It marks the first time I have ever used a Zone Plate (a type of pinhole) instead of a lens on a Hasselblad 503CW body. The aperture of f65 means that even on the brightest of days with 400 asa film the max speed you could expect would be around 1/15th of a second. Hence, I use a tripod. Also the viewing screen is so dim because of the small f-stop that I generally compose with the aid of spirit levels.

Great fun though and the images work for me.

Note: I have also added in some images taken on WTCD 2010 9th-10th Oct 2010.
