I originally processed this image about a year ago. Since that time I've significantly refined my northern lights processing techniques and workflow, so I decided to revisit this particular photo. I always really liked the way the aurora in this scene looks like a green Möbius strip-like halo over Olstinden and the snow-capped peaks around it. My original edits on this photo resulted in something that I now think was pretty drab; I much prefer this updated version. I hope you like it as well.
Monday was a holiday here in the U.S., which is wonderful because it means this is a short work week. Yep, one fewer day to have to remember to put the new cover sheets on the TPS reports :)
