Dear Seldon.... a thousand views in one week !
You know this amazing image is a true result of your practicing on the same subject for a long time.... very good work ! Congratulation !

And all this faves puhh... when i first saw your great photo i just faved without commenting, because i knew this one would come up in my comments ever and ever and ever in the worst case with a lot of ugly flickering and moving flags.

At the end this happened... LOL... on my stream with this kind of machine-flag-commenting i was always less polite btw and used just the delete button...

Keep shooting your boats dear friend ;-))

Well, it's deleted now. I don't mind someone adding one occasionally. They are kind of ugly and the messages can be hard to read if you have any feeling for the English language, but sometimes I feel perhaps people are not confident enough to leave a proper comment, and, ha ha, I'm not averse to having my ego stroked.
But.......to hang a necklace like that around a photo takes a special kind of twisted mind ;-)

Thank you for your kind comments. You're right, as always, as the saying has it "practice makes perfect". It must be said that a big reason why I continue to shoot my boats is due to your encouragement and compliments.

I remember you saying after a discussion on one of your fox photos that maybe one day boats will become a Seldon-cipher. I do keep returning to them, usually when I have no other inspiration. To wander around a beached boat, like here, looking for new angles, or perhaps waiting while the tide turns one afloat has become some kind of meditation for me. My Morecambe mantra ;-)

Seldon......After getting my little space to comment and hanging on every review, comment, feeling from other Flicker's (?) I beg you ......please dont stop with late nite cheese, or any other habit you may have.....That's like telling people not to rub the budda, or Chipper Jones not to wear his lucky socks, or...you get my point.
      Thanks! giggle....giggle....giggle
